Lex Campbell (26%) Joint-CEO

Lex Campbell has an accounting background specialising in Cost Accounting and spent 15 years in the banking industry finishing up as a General Manager in corporate finance.  He is a 50% owner of a SuperSpar based in KZN which has given him invaluable retail experience.

Dick Muir (26%) Joint CEO

Dick Muir grew up on a farm and and studied Agriculture at Cedara Agricultural College where he graduated in 1986. He put his agricultural career on hold whilst pursuing a professional rugby career in playing and coaching at provincial and national level. During this time he was also involved in a variety of businesses where he was able to develop a good network of business contacts. Whilst doing this he also harnessed his man- management skills that will prove to be beneficial to Just Veggies.

PIC on behalf of GEPF (15%)

The Public Investment Corporation, or PIC, is the asset management company for the Government Employee Pension Fund (GEPF) and invests funds on its behalf.

Siyakhula Trust (15%)

Just Veggies has signed various joint ventures and tri-partite agreements with black owned community farms that are the beneficiaries of the Siyakhula Community Trust.

Key strategic staff (14%) 

The senior staff members of Just Veggies consist of suitably qualified personnel, experienced farmers, processors and retailers. Just Veggies has been able to retain the services of selected strategic staff from BioSwiss which will ensure continuity in the business.

Other staff not included above will benefit from a staff employee share scheme.
